Booking Conditions
  1. The signatory of the booking form will be deemed to be responsible for the other members of his/her party and therefore will accept these conditions on their behalf.
  2. It is a condition of booking that the client and his/her party is covered by an adequate travel insurance scheme. Proof must be provided before the booking can be confirmed. It is your responsibility to check that the insurance cover is suitable for your needs
  3. A deposit of £100 per person is required to secure the booking (non refundable) or full payment is due if the booking is received within 8 weeks of the commencement of your holiday.
  4. Your contract with Cherpa Walking Holidays is only valid when your booking form, deposit and copy of certificate of insurance have been received for each party member and confirmation has been issued.
  5. You will receive an account for the balance of the holiday. The balance should be received by us no less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. We will issue a reminder if the balance is not received by the due date. If you do not pay the balance due in full within 7 days of this reminder we reserve the right to treat the holiday as cancelled by you.
  6. Cancellation by you. Should you wish to cancel the holiday for any member we require written notification. The deposit will be retained if the holiday is cancelled prior to 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. The following cancellation charges (% of total holiday cost retained by us) apply if cancelling less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. 56-30 days 30%, 29-15 days 50%, 14-8 days 70%, 7 days or less 100%
  7. Cancellation by us Cherpa Walking Holidays reserve the right to cancel a holiday but will only do so in extreme circumstances.
